With over twenty years of experience as an attorney, founder and head of an award-winning non-profit organization, and member of numerous civic, religious, educational and non-profit boards, Christi Griffin brings an array of insights and accomplishments as a business woman, retired attorney, activist and community leader.

Over the course of four decades, Christi Griffin has worked with hundreds of non-profit agencies, conducted workshops for school districts, educators, non-profit CEOs, police, judges, churches, the community and individuals. As a member of the Urban League’s St. Louis Public Safety Advisory Council, she designed and implemented five youth gang summits and on behalf of the City of St. Louis Department of Health, the Missouri Department of Health, the St. Louis Public Schools, the St. Louis City Department of Public Safety, the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department and Lincoln University, she designed and implemented the Youth Empowerment Forum.

The success of those initiatives have prompted her to create of The National Youth Summit, a two day national forum for high school student leaders and educators from around the country that has been held in partnership with the St. Louis Public Schools, the University of Missouri, Howard University and in consultation with the US Department of Justice and former US Ambassador, Andrew Young.
